It is our aim is to promote sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth through full and productive employment and through decent work; this is why we believe by that we can contribute positively to the communities by supporting community projects in lieu of improving the economic livelihood of the people. Such projects include.

• Buying goats for the women self-help group in Gitarama (Rwanda) for milk and if one gives birth, they give the young one to the next family in line.
• Set up a training center (Tiziano center) for economic empowerment.
• We have provided 10 sewing machines: This supports the local community especially women who were married off at a young age to get technical skills and later are able to employ themselves and provide local labor.
• Welding machines: This provides skills to the youths to help them become self-employed and also provide skills to the local growing construction industry.
• Laptops: provided 7 laptops to train young men and ladies before they join their colleges and university. We also train locals who are willing to get computer skills and work in the local establishments.
